For International Conferences & Summits
Real-time AI translation for every keynote and panel, interactive multi-presenter sessions, ticketed global access via Stripe, and reach-by-country analytics that show you exactly where your audience tuned in.
No more Hopin pricing surprises, no Zoom Webinar attendee limits, no translation workarounds. One platform your whole summit runs on.
The Problem
Hopin costs a fortune. Zoom Webinar has no live translation and caps your attendees. You cobble together a streaming service, a translation tool, a ticketing platform, and a spreadsheet — and still can't tell which countries actually watched.
Non-English speakers disengage mid-session when they can't follow the speaker. You lose their attention — and their renewal.
You know how many registrants you have, but not which countries actually tuned in or which languages your content needed most.
Per-attendee pricing models from virtual event platforms eat your margin before a single dollar of ticket revenue hits your bank.
The Core Differentiator
Every keynote and panel is translated live into up to 40+ languages. Attendees select their language in the player — under 3 seconds of latency, natural-sounding voice, live captions included. No interpreter room. No parallel sessions. One stream, every language.
No special microphone setup, no earpiece relay, no interpreter room. Speakers present into the existing conference AV system.
The speech-to-speech translation engine captures audio, translates, and outputs natural-sounding voices in each enabled language within 3 seconds.
Each viewer picks their language from the player. Spanish speakers hear Spanish. Mandarin speakers hear Mandarin. Q&A responses are also translated in real time.
The session recording is archived with translated audio tracks — attendees can rewatch in their language after the conference ends.
Example: 8-hour day, 3 language tracks
English → Spanish, Mandarin, French. 500 peak attendees. Host + panel guests.
Panel rate: $69/hr per language (host + guests). Audience: $0.5/peak viewer (first 4 hrs), then $0.15/viewer/hr extra. One-time activation: $99.
Languages include
Studio Rail — Interactive Sessions
Studio sessions run on WebRTC — multiple presenters are on stage together from any browser, with live Q&A from the audience. No conference call fatigue. Real presence, real interaction.
Studio — interactive WebRTC
Studio audience is metered, not hard-capped. You never cut off a viewer mid-session — the platform keeps streaming and bills the audience usage transparently.
Charge for conference access without a subscription required. Sell tickets, Stripe deposits directly to your account, you keep 75% of every ticket sold.
The Studio plan includes 10 presenter hours per month. Additional presenter hours are $1.5/hr — metered per speaker, so a multi-presenter panel only bills each person's actual stage time.
Transparent Pricing
Sell tickets globally. Stripe deposits directly to your account. No per-attendee platform seat fees. No minimum attendee commitment.
Example: international summit, 500 attendees
Studio (interactive panels), PPV ticketing, 3 language tracks
Platform fees (PPV — covers Studio delivery)
Translation add-on (separate usage cost)
Stripe processing (2.9% + $0.30/transaction) applies to ticket charges. Studio subscription: $129/month. Translation activation: $99 once.
Ticket revenue deposits directly into your Stripe account
No minimum attendee commitment — run small or large
No per-seat platform fees eating into your margin
Studio subscription covers presenter time — PPV replaces audience meter
Live translation billed by usage — only pay for what you actually use
Audience Intelligence
After every session, your dashboard shows peak viewers by country and by language — so you can tell sponsors where their brand reached, and plan next year's content in the languages your audience actually speaks.
Reach by Country — example output
Based on real Vercel geo-headers — not estimated, not sampled.
Reach by Language — example output
Tracks which translated audio track each viewer was actively listening to — real viewer intent, not registration language.
Show sponsors exactly which countries their brand reached — not estimated, measured from real viewer connections.
See which languages your audience actually listened in. Plan next year's translation budget based on real data, not assumptions.
Track reach-by-country across your conference history. See if your international audience grew year-over-year and in which markets.

Common Questions
Yes. You create each session (keynote, panel, workshop) as a separate stream under your conference event. Each gets its own recording, its own analytics, and can be independently accessed by ticket-holders.
Panel sessions with a host and one or more guests use the host+guest rate: $69/hr per destination language. A 2-hour panel translated into 3 languages costs $414. Solo keynote speakers use the one-way rate: $39/hr per language. Audience cost ($0.5/peak viewer for the first 4 hrs) is separate.
Real. Country is captured from the Vercel edge network header on every viewer heartbeat — no IP-lookup approximation, no sampling. The reach-by-country figure is the actual count of unique viewers whose connections were routed through that country.
Studio sessions use WebRTC for every viewer — which costs roughly 10× the per-viewer bandwidth of HLS streaming. The 25% fee covers LiveKit delivery for the entire audience, so you don't face a separate audience metering charge on top of ticket revenue. For a paid Studio conference, the 25% replaces the audience usage meter that would otherwise apply to free events.
Yes. Every session is automatically recorded and available to ticket-holders on demand after the live session ends. The VOD is accessible in each translated language — so an attendee who watched in Spanish can rewatch in Spanish at their own pace.
There is no minimum. The pricing model is usage-based — translation and audience are metered, and PPV is a percentage of ticket revenue. A 50-attendee academic workshop and a 5,000-attendee summit both work. Very small events may find the one-time translation activation cost ($99) is a meaningful fixed cost relative to revenue — worth considering if you are in early testing.
