Visit riverbend.live/auth/signup and enter your email and a password. You will be logged in immediately with a standard attendee account. To unlock producer features (event creation, streaming), upgrade your account from the account settings page.
Browse the Events page to discover all published events, or follow a direct link shared by the producer. No account is required to browse or watch a public event.
Navigate to the event page and choose from the available ticket tiers. Click the ticket you want, sign in or create an account if prompted, and complete payment through our secure Stripe checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details once the purchase is complete.
Producers can offer multiple ticket tiers per event — for example, a personal viewing tier and a commercial venue tier with a higher viewer estimate. Each tier may include access to different sessions and content. The event page will show you exactly what each tier includes and its price.
Yes. If higher tiers are available, you will see an upgrade banner on the event page after purchasing. You only pay the difference between your current ticket and the upgraded tier — not the full price again.
On the event page, look for the “Have a promo code?” link below the ticket options. Enter your code and the discount will be applied before checkout. Promo codes can give a percentage off, a fixed dollar amount off, or even make the ticket free — depending on what the producer has set up.
Log in and visit your Account page. The “My Purchases” section shows every ticket you have bought, including the event name, ticket tier, date, and amount paid.
Refund policies are set by each event producer. If you need a refund, contact support@riverbendmedia.com with your email address and the event name, and we will work with the producer to resolve it.
We recommend purchasing your ticket and watching on a phone, tablet, or laptop first — then sending the video to your TV. Here are your options from most reliable to least:
Connect a laptop directly to your TV or projector with an HDMI cable. This is the most reliable option with zero lag — exactly how bars and restaurants show sports packages. Most laptops need a USB-C to HDMI adapter ($10–15).
Our video player has Chromecast and AirPlay buttons built in. If your TV has a Chromecast, Google TV, or Apple TV connected, just click the cast icon in the player controls to send the stream to your TV. Your phone or laptop acts as the remote.
Most devices can mirror their entire screen to a TV. On iPhone/Mac use “Screen Mirroring” from Control Center. On Android, look for “Smart View” or “Cast Screen” in quick settings. On Windows, press Win+K. This mirrors everything on your screen, not just the video.
Most smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Vizio) have a built-in web browser. You can navigate to riverbend.live, log in, and watch directly. However, smart TV browsers vary in quality and typing with a remote is slow — we recommend the options above for a better experience.
Yes! Use any of the casting or mirroring options above — your ticket is tied to your account, not your device. If you use the smart TV browser, you will need to log in with the same email and password you used to purchase.
For the best experience at a bar or venue: use a laptop with an HDMI cable to the main screen, connect to a wired ethernet connection if possible (more reliable than WiFi for long events), and test the stream before doors open. One ticket covers one screen — if you need multiple screens, you can open the same watch link in multiple browser tabs on the same logged-in device.
It depends on the event. Replays are not automatic — the producer chooses whether to make recordings available after the live stream ends. If replays are available, they will appear in the Content Hub on the event page. Not every event will have replays, so check the event description or ask the producer if you are unsure.
Go back to the event page after the stream has ended. If the producer has published recordings, you will see a Content Hub with video cards for each available session. Click any card to start watching. Your original ticket grants access to replays — no additional purchase is needed.
Replay availability is up to the producer. Some producers keep recordings up indefinitely, while others may remove them after a set period. If a replay is important to you, watch it sooner rather than later.
The producer may not have enabled replays for this event, or they may still be processing the recordings. Processing can take some time after a stream ends. If replays were advertised but you do not see them, check back later or contact support@riverbendmedia.com for help.
You can sign in with email and password, or use one of our social login options: Google, X (Twitter), or Facebook. Social login creates your account automatically on first use — no separate sign-up step needed.
Make sure you are using the same sign-in method you used originally. If you created your account with Google, clicking “Sign in with email” will not find it — use the Google button instead. If you are still stuck, contact support@riverbendmedia.com and we can help locate your account.
On the sign-in page, click “Forgot password?” and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link. This only applies to email-and-password accounts — if you sign in with Google, X, or Facebook, your password is managed by that provider.
Some X accounts do not share an email address during sign-in. You can add an email to your account from your Account page under the Security section. Adding an email ensures you receive purchase confirmations and can recover your account if needed.
Yes. Tickets are linked to your account, not your device. You can sign in on any device — phone, laptop, smart TV — and access your purchased events. Just make sure you sign in with the same method you used when you bought the ticket.
Every Riverbend Live user gets a unique referral code. When you share an event link with your code attached, you earn a commission on any PPV ticket purchased through that link. It’s a simple way to earn money by spreading the word about events you enjoy.
When you are logged in, the share buttons on any event page automatically include your referral code in the link. You can also find your code and a copyable referral link in your Account page under the “My Referrals” tab.
The commission percentage is set by the event producer and varies per event. When a producer has enabled referral commissions you will see a “Share & Earn X%” badge next to the share buttons. You earn that percentage of each PPV sale made through your link.
Your Account page has a full referral dashboard showing total earned, pending earnings, and a history of every referral sale. You can see which event each referral came from, the sale amount, and your commission.
Payouts are sent via PayPal after each event. You will need a PayPal account and must add your PayPal email address to your Account page before requesting a payout. Once the event ends and your balance is ready, click “Request Payout” and the funds will be sent to your PayPal account.
After you request a payout it will move through these stages:
Try these steps in order:
This is usually caused by hardware acceleration or a browser extension. Try disabling hardware acceleration in your browser settings (Settings → System → Hardware Acceleration in Chrome), or try a different browser. If the issue persists on all browsers, try a different device.
Buffering is almost always caused by your internet connection. Move closer to your WiFi router, switch to a wired ethernet connection if possible, or close other apps that are using bandwidth (downloads, video calls, other streams). If you are on mobile data, try switching to WiFi.
Make sure you are signed in — chat requires an account. If you are signed in and still cannot send messages, the producer may have enabled slow mode (which limits how often you can chat) or you may have been muted by a moderator. Try refreshing the page. If the chat panel does not appear at all, check that JavaScript is enabled and that no browser extension is blocking WebSocket connections.
First, make sure you are signed in with the same account you used to purchase. If you used Google to buy the ticket, sign in with Google — not email and password. If you are certain you are on the right account, try refreshing the page. In rare cases, payment confirmation can take a few moments to process. If the issue continues, contact support@riverbendmedia.com with your email and the event name.
